Cancellation Policy
What The Doctor Recommends Ltd strives to provide professional and high-quality services to our clients. Your well-being is important to us and your purchase of our 'Bespoke Wellness Travel' service indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, however, no-shows, late re-scheduling and cancellations inconvenience not only our small team's capacity but also our Providers and other Clients. Please note our general booking policies: - All consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. - The Client may cancel a service within 24 hours of purchase and request a refund. The refund may be issued, minus a 5% processing fee and a 2.5% transaction fee. To cancel a service, send your request to info@whatthedoctorrecommends.com within 24 hours of purchase. The Client must clearly state their intent to cancel and the reason for cancellation. A refund may be provided at the discretion of What The Doctor Recommends Ltd by the best available method to us. - Once an appointment is confirmed with the Client, they are considered set. The Client may request to reschedule an appointment if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. The Client is allowed to reschedule an appointment up to 2 times before the appointment is considered forfeited. Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will result in that appointment being forfeited. - In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency or unexpected circumstances preventing the Client from completing all of their scheduled appointments, the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% processing fee and a 2.5% transaction fee. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed) - What The Doctor Recommends Ltd is not liable for charges incurred by third-party supplier failures, poor weather, global events, accidents, personal circumstances and client liability and damages. - We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, offensive, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of, or from, the Client to us or others.
